NZ Property Investor is New Zealand’s leading magazine property investment publication and media company.

Every month for the last 19 years, we’ve delivered timely, relevant information to help Kiwi property investors make more informed decisions. And since starting, over 200 issues have been published.

The magazine was started in November 2003, and copies are delivered to subscribers’ letterboxes monthly.

It is the official magazine of the NZ Property Investors Federation and is supported by many property investor associations around the country.

Early in the magazine’s life, it was purchased and operated by Tarawera Publishing.

Then, in 2021 the magazine was purchased by Opes Partners, a property investment company. The magazine continues to run independently, and the editorial team retain all control.

NZ Property Investor is now part of Opes Media, which also publishes Informed Investor magazine.
