Step 2: Gather Site Specific Details

You will need to know a lot of detail about your site, including council requirements, rules, and services locations in order to get the required council consents. You can either collect this information yourself, or we can complete a site audit report to gather all the necessary information.

Step 3: Get A Feasibility Study And Cost Estimates

Once the site-specific information is gathered, our project managers will be able to do a feasibility study to get you an estimate of the costs.

This may include finding solutions to any issues that have been highlighted in the site audit report.

For simple sites which are easily accessible from the road and relatively flat, a desktop feasibility study can be produced, but for more complex projects, a site visit will need to be arranged. Step 4: Apply For Building Consent

Once you have found your house, our in-house, qualified architectural designers can create working drawings and submit a building consent application to your local council on your behalf.
